It is widely accepted that truly great communities are designed with a sensitivity to the environment, as well an appreciation for their immediate surroundings. In doing so, these new communities can add value by providing recreational opportunities, augmenting the calibre of the built space, and ultimately enhancing the quality of the neighbourhood, along with local property values.

We plan to design Watermark at Bearspaw to reflect what we have been told many of our neighbours value in their community – abundant, usable open spaces, estate living and environmental sensitivity.

In creating Watermark at Bearspaw, we are working to design a community that not only reflects the character of Bearspaw, but also has the potential to enhance it. We take pride in sharing our initial vision for this spectacular development with you through this website.

Design Overview

• Our current plans for both Watermark at Bearspaw development properties feature wide greenbelts over 4 miles in length, consisting of linked systems of cascading ponds and streams, abundant vegetation, and extensive walking trails.
• We anticipate that our proposed 125+ acres of parkland will become the southern gateway to a future city and provincial 3,500-acre park and pathway system stretching from Bearspaw to Cochrane.
• Our development will feature premium estate-style homes with strict architectural and landscape controls.
• The project would be supported by state-of-the-art water and wastewater treatment facilities.
