The community’s most distinctive feature (and the one that inspired its name) is a generous network of cascading ponds and tumbling streams. Landscaped with native grasses, shrubs and trees, these unique waterscapes add to Watermark at Bearspaw’s naturally inviting ambiance with the tranquil sounds of flowing water.
Paved Pathways
The community’s amenities and expansive parkland are interconnected by more than 5 kilometres of paved, beautifully landscaped walking and bicycling trails.
Cascading Ponds
An innovative recirculation system provides a constant flow of water to the community’s cascading ponds and tumbling streams, which flow through Watermark at Bearspaw’s 46 acres of parkland.
Central Plaza
Venturing out-of-doors rewards residents with a pond-side central plaza featuring a large pavillion with outdoor kitchen, fire pit, abundant seating, barbecues, an NBA-sized sports court, a grass sports field and children’s playgrounds.
Playgrounds
To entice children out of doors, Watermark at Bearspaw includes three playgrounds with the traditional favourites – swings, seesaws, jungle gyms and the like – plus benches for parents to sit and chat while the kids climb and play.
