The Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) has just announced that Watermark at Bearspaw
is a finalist in 5 categories including the Marketing Excellence Award for the 2011 CHBA National SAM Awards.
These prestigious awards celebrate excellence in new homes, construction, outstanding presentation and marketing across Canada. Twenty-three CHBA National SAM Awards will be presented at the Association’s 69th National Conference on March 17, 2012 in Mont-Tremblant, Québec.
The categories we are nominated in are Best Print Ad, Best Direct Mail Promotion, Best Project Signage and Logo, Best Brochure/Kit and the Marketing Excellence Award. Our creative, concept and production credit goes to our tremendously talented marketing agency Applied Communications who have truly done a spectacular job.

We are very excited to see the first walls of our central plaza taking shape. This will be the site of the plaza’s beautiful reflection pond and waterfall into the larger pond. The steps and seating area around the pond is also being formed today and construction crews are starting to build the 1,000 sq. ft. pavillion.

One of our most distinguishing marks on the site so far is the completion of our curbs, gutters, concrete drainage swales and sidewalks. As the sales team tours purchasers on the site one comment is consistently made, “Wow, your homesites are so much larger than city lots.” We hope you can come and visit the community to see for yourself.
